The Most Healthy Smoothie Recipe
Based on our nutrition matrix this recipe contains every basic vitamin and nutrient contained within any normal multi-vitamin as well as fiber and most newly researched beneficial phytochemicals such as antioxidants, carotenoids, flavonoids, and Resveratrol.
Makes two 16 oz glasses.
Add contents to blender jar in the following order:
- 2 cups of soy milk (or dairy milk)
- full scoop of vanilla protein powder (1/8 cup)
- 1/2 lemon with skin
- 1 kiwi with skin
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1 cup blueberries (preferably frozen)
- 4 strawberries (preferably frozen)
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 apple
- 4 cubes of ice (if you have enough frozen fruit you don't need ice)
Blend until perfect consistency is achieved.
