Peanut Butter Smoothie
This recipe should taste like a peanut butter milk shake with a smooth hint of bananas. You can swap out the vanilla protein powder for chocolate to give it more of a chocolaty flavor. Our peanut butter smoothie recipe is a perfect alternative to something like Reese's peanut butter cups without all the saturated fat and guilt.
Makes two 16 oz glasses.
Add contents to blender jar in the following order:
- 1 1/2 cups of soy milk (or dairy milk)
- 1/2 full scoop of vanilla protein powder (1/8 cup)
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 whole banana (preferably frozen)
- 6 cubes of ice
Blend until perfect consistency is achieved.
