Kiwi Smoothie

This recipe should taste like sweet kiwis with a smooth hint of banana. Because kiwis have so many nutritional properties you can feel great about eating something so healthy. Our kiwi smoothie recipe is a healthy way to get potassium and vitamin C while trying out something a little different from the norm.

Makes two 16 oz glasses.

Add contents to blender jar in the following order:

  • 2 cups soy milk (or dairy milk)
  • full scoop of vanilla protein powder (1/8 cup)
  • 3 kiwis (with or without the skin)
  • 1 cut up banana
  • 6 cubes of ice

You may also consider adding honey to balance out the flavor. Blend until perfect consistency is achieved.
