Berry Smoothie

This recipe can be made using any combination of mixed berries, depending upon the season you can choose whichever are available. The texture will be better if the berries are frozen beforehand. Our berry smoothie will taste great with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, boysenberries, and even snosberries.

Makes two 16 oz glasses.

Add contents to blender jar in the following order:

  • 2 cups soy milk (or dairy milk)
  • full scoop of vanilla protein powder (1/8 cup)
  • 2 cups of mixed berries (preferably frozen)
  • 6 cubes of ice

Blend until perfect consistency is achieved. Other popular variations of this recipe use orange juice instead of milk. We prefer to use soy milk as orange juice adds artificial sugar and can make the smoothie taste too sweet, the soy milk will help smooth out the flavor.
